Seaward Primetest 250+ PAT Tester

The Primetest 250 Plus is a portable battery powered PAT Tester with a built in internal memory and downloading capability. The Seaward Primetest 250+ is one of the few PAT Testers available that fully satisfied the latest edition of the IET Code of Practice.

The 250+ is the successor to the popular Seaward Primetest 250 PAT Tester bringing several major improvements designed to speed up effective portable appliance testing. Much like the P250 the instrument is compact and battery powered but now has the ability to store and download 999 test records into the Seaward Datalogging software supplied or CSV format. The Primetest 250+ is also compatible with Seawards PAT Guard 3 Software perfect for creating professional PAT certificates and reports. Test results can be saved at the press of a button and are quickly downloaded to a PC using a standard USB. As another introduction Seaward has ensured all results are time and date stamped for traceability purposes.

Although the model is compact it is powerful carrying out Earth Continuity and Insulations tests along with mains powered tests such as Earth Leakage, Protective Conductive Current and RCD Trip Time testing using the supplied mains lead. These tests ensure that the Primetest 250+ complies fully the latest requirements set by the IET Code of Practice. As a unique feature this instrument will also test on 3-Phase appliances using optional TPA 3-Phase Adaptors one of the only instruments available which can perform in this way.

The Seaward Primetest 250 Plus has been designed to work with the latest Seaward Test N Tag Pro Printer. The Seaward Test N Tag Pro printer is the ideal accessory for speeding up time onsite allowing a user to easily print 52 x 25mm PAT Labels as soon as a test procedure has finished.

The Primetest 250 PLUS has a low set up time and is ready to use out of the box making it one of most modern instruments currently available.
