The Safe Block Adaptor provides a quick and safe method of testing portable appliances without a plug and also allows electrical cables to be temporarily connected to the AC mains supply.
Colour coded cable clips for Live, Earth and Neutral make using the Quicktest Block PAT Adaptor a very simple and safe process. When the lid is open the cable clips are isolated from the supply and when closed the power is connected, with indication of power supply given by a glowing neon lamp.
The Safe Block is ideal for appliance manufacturers or people wishing to PAT test fixed electrical appliances that don’t have a conventional plug, ensuring that it has been safely disconnected from the fixed wiring of the building first.
