Martindale HPAT400 PAT Test Kit B is a useful option for those with low-volume PAT testing commitments on building sites, in offices and in residential properties. It is suitable for Class I and Class II appliances as well as power leads.
As a PAC checker, the Martindale HPAT400 can perform earth bond, insulation resistance, leakage current and polarity testing. However, readings are not given for each test. Instead, PASS/FAIL indications are provided for every test according to pre-set limits and an overall indication is also given. This makes the tester unsuitable for longer extension leads.
All the user needs to do test appliances is to correctly connect the appliance to the Martindale HPAT400 and then press the appropriate test button. Martindale HPAT PAT Test Kit B includes various accessories including 110V adaptors, PAT labels, other adaptors and register books.
